Fan Creations Return Policy

1. We want your customers to be completely satisfied with the Fan Creations products. However, Fan Creations reserves the right to refuse returns on products with wear and tear OR if the product has been:

a. Damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.

b. Tampered with or repaired by anyone other than the original manufacturer.

c. Damaged by shipper (Fed Ex, UPS) and not reported within 20 days of Fan Creations ship date.

2. For strollers, please emphasize to your customer to set-up the stroller on a carpeted or clean surface and try it out with their child in it. If the stroller wheels appear to be worn and used outside, the stroller will not be accepted for return.  Please check condition of stroller prior to claim.

3. Products may be returned for exchange (or parts provided) within 30 days of your customer’s purchase date and 90 days from the Fan Creations Invoice date. If your case falls outside these timelines, please have your customer contact Fan Creations directly for possible purchase of replacement parts.  Please provide your customer our website www.fan-creations.com or e-mail address support@fan-creations.com.  (Retailer: If you have already accepted the return, please e-mail support@fan-creations.com for purchase of replacement parts.  Fan Creations has replacement parts for all strollers.  Please contact regarding replacement part.)

4. For the return to be processed, please be sure the product is in its original condition and shows no signs of use. Be sure to return the item in its original packaging with the instruction manual and warranty card.  For Logo Wall Art, you must tape the inner box and outer box to properly seal and protect the product.  Do not ship the product without a return authorization number. If the product is not properly taped and packaged as original, Fan Creations has the option to deny any refund or replacement.

If you meet the guidelines of the above Return Policy, you may e-mail the claim to support@fan-creations.com or fax claim to 678-868-1811.  Please include the following:

1)   Product ID and university

2)    Store and Contact Information

3)    Description of issue

4)   E-mail (resolution or additional questions will be e-mailed)

 

After review of the issue, Fan Creations will choose the following resolution:

1)     Send a new part for resolution

2)     Send a full replacement (Fan Creations may request the defective or damage product back or request the retailer to destroy.)

3)     Provide credit/refund

4)     Reject Request

All e-mails and faxes will be responded to within five business days.  The response will also include further instructions for resolution. 

What if you receive the product as damaged?

Carefully examine each box for damage. This includes tears in the boxes, crushed corners or edges, dents, open, or wet boxes, etc. Please be sure to write down all exceptions in the FedEx or UPS delivery receipt book or have the driver make the notations.

If you receive an item that is or appears to be damaged in shipment, you must notify Fan Creations within 20 days of the Fan Creations Ship Date. Please keep all packing and shipping cartons and materials while awaiting instructions for return or replacement.
