Return Policy
1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, Fan Creations reserves the right to refuse
returns on products with wear and tear OR if the product has been:
a. Damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
b. Tampered
with or repaired by anyone other than the original manufacturer.
2. For strollers, please set-up the stroller on a carpeted or clean
surface and try it out with your child in it. Test all stroller functions while indoors on a carpeted or clean surface. Once the stroller
has been used outside, it cannot be accepted for return.
3. If the product is defective upon receipt, it may be returned for
exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase and you are experiencing
difficulties with your product or if you need to purchase replacement parts, please contact Fan Creations directly. The best
contact method is to e-mail a description of the issue to support@fan-creations.com.
4. For the return to be processed, please be sure
the product is in its original condition and shows no signs of use. Be sure to return the item in its original packaging with the
instruction manual and warranty card. For Logo Wall Art, you must tape the inner box and outer box to properly seal and protect
the product. If the product is not properly taped and packaged as original, Fan Creations has the option to deny any refund
or replacement.
If you meet the guidelines of the above Return Policy, you may e-mail the claim to support@fan-creations.com or fax
claim to 678-868-1811. Please include the following:
1) Product ID and university
2) Contact
Information
3) Store Purchased from (copy of receipt)
4) Purchase Date (copy of receipt)
5) Description of issue
Note: Copy or receipt can be scanned image of store receipt.
After review of the issue, Fan Creations will either
send a new part for resolution, request for the product to be shipped back for replacement, reject the request or contact you directly
for additional information. All e-mails and faxes will be responded to within five business days; in which, you will be assigned
an issue claim number. The response will also include further instructions for resolution.
What if you receive the product
as damaged?
Carefully examine each box for damage. This includes tears in the boxes, crushed corners or edges, dents, open, or wet
boxes, etc. Please be sure to write down all exceptions in the FedEx or UPS delivery receipt book or have the driver make the notations.
If
you receive an item that is or appears to be damaged in shipment, you must notify Fan Creations immediately. Please keep all packing
and shipping cartons and materials while awaiting instructions for return or replacement.
